STOLEN PROPERTY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Alexander T. Pavone, 20, of Rochester and Jason R. O’Shea, 22, of Poughkeepsie with criminal possession of stolen property at 2:17 a.m. Saturday on Berkley Drive. Pavone and O’Shea were charged after police responded to a complaint of subjects walking with stolen propery. Pavone and O’Shea were observed with a No Parking sign, police. Pavone was additionally charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument after he was found in possession of a fake New Hampshire driver’s license.Anyone missing a Justice for Garrett sign, an Obama / Biden political sign, or a white lawn chair in the vicinity of Grove Street is asked to contact the police department at (315)265-2121.



FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Monica L. Schroeder, 21, of Amsterdam for

failure to yield for a pedestrian in a crosswalk at 11:18 p.m. Saturday on Main Street.



CELL PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Karleen T. Hayes, 19, of Gloversville for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:14 p.m. Saturday on Main Street.
