Russell L. Snyder Sr., 43, John P. Ruzzoli, 54, and Tommy Cook Jr., 23 are facing one count each of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. All three are being held in the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.
Malone Village Police Chief Chris Premo said he had been informed that the three were caught on the Northway with five bundles of heroin, which is 50 smaller bags meant for distribution. He said police believe the drugs were destined for Malone.
Snyder was a resident of the Jane Street residence, which Premo said was on his departments radar.
