BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police said they received a bench warrant on Monday from Potsdam Village Court for William A. McKay, 46 of Gouverneur, who failed to appear on bad check charges.

Village Court also issued bench warrants for the following individuals:

Jeremey S. Bailey, 21, Potsdam,failure to pay fine/surcharge.

Tammy L. Bass, 46, Potsdam,failure to pay fine/surcharge.

Jeremiah D. Deshane, 28, Massena,failure to pay fine/surcharge.

Matthew A. Klemko, 25, Norfolk, failed to appear.

James M. Liberty, 51, Peru, failure to pay fine/surcharge.

Melissa A. Madill, 43, Potsdam,failed to appear.

Matthew A. Miraglia, 25, Potsdam,failure to pay fine/surcharge.

Timothy J. Nara, 18, Potsdam,failure to pay fine/surcharge.

C.G. Russell, 31, Moira, failure to pay fine/surcharge.
