Ogdensburg police ticketed Rachel L. Holmes, 32, of 600 English Settlement Road, for operating a vehicle in violation of restrictions Friday at 4:46 p.m. following a two-car collision at the 300 section of Belmont Courts. Gavin W. Lincoln, 17, of 247 Belmont Courts, was driving the other car. There were no injuries.

City police arrested Rachel A. Gordon, 24, of 69 Turner Road, Hammond, Friday at 4:44 p.m. on the 700 block of New York Avenue on a city court arrest warrant for third-degree assault for an Aug. 30 domestic dispute. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

Ogdensburg police ticketed Christopher P. Robbins, 31, of 525 Procter Ave., Friday at 9:45 p.m. on the 200 block of Proctor Avenue for driving 41 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone and driving with an expired inspection.

Andrew J. Spearance, 18, of 8 Oak St., was arrested Saturday at 1:06 a.m. at 232 Washington St. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for violating probation, on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date and on a city court arrest warrant for petit larceny. He was turned over to the county Sheriff’s Department.

Police ticketed Bruce D. Heaton, 59, of 930 Franklin St., Ogdensburg, on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. on the 800 block of New York Avenue for driving with an uninspected vehicle.

Police arrested Bobbijo L. Mcmahon, 32, of 243 Belmont Courts, Sunday at 12:40 a.m. on the 700 block of New York Avenue for disorderly conduct. She was given an appearance ticket.

Police arrested Gregory J. Pettit, 52, of Nepean, Ontario, Sunday at 4 p.m. at Bridge Plaza for the unlawful possession of marijuana. He posted $100 bail.

Police arrested Jamie K. Shaver Sr., 51, of 316 Caroline St., Apt. 1, Sunday at 10:15 p.m. at 315 Caroline St. for second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.
