DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Alan M. Green, 20, of 54 McCluskey Ave., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 12:50 a.m. Wednesday on Main Street. Police said Green was involved in altercation and using obscene language. He was charged after he refused to comply with the police officers’ orders to cease that conduct, police said.



DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Andrew R. Lamendola, 48, of 2105 Yorkshire Drive, Greenville, N.C., with driving while intoxicated following a property damage accident at 4:37 p.m. Monday on Main Street. He reportedly backed into another vehicle near the U.S. Post Office. He was also charged with refusal to take a breath test and ticketed for unsafe backing.



ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - MASSENA - Village police charged Joshua R. Temper, 21, of 351 East Orvis St., Apt. 7, Massena, with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child at 4:29 p.m. Sunday. Police said Temper was engaged in a domestic dispute with Katelyn Warnock, the mother of his three-year-old child, when he pushed the child down twice as the toddler was trying to run to the grandmother.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village policed charged Jon L. Larue, 21, of 26A Tamarack St., Massena, with two counts of petit larceny at 2:20 p.m. Sunday on Stephenville Road. He reportedly stole a television from Walmart on March 25 and another television from the same store on March 28. The televisions had a combined value of approximately $750.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Amy L. Villnave, 34, of state Route 420, Brasher Falls, for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday on Grove Street at Ridgewood Avenue.



BRAKE LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Sheila M. Gladding, 47, of Massena for a brake light violation following a traffic stop at 4 p.m. Monday on Laurel Avenue.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mark T. Bowles, 34, of Brasher Falls for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 2:16 p.m. Monday on East Hatfield Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Angela M. James, 36, of Trippany Road, Massena, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8 a.m. Monday on East Orvis Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Tyler R. Haas, 17, of Massena for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 7:36 a.m. Monday on East Hatfield Street.
