A Caroline Street resident called Ogdensburg police Tuesday at 8:14 a.m. to report that seven tires on two vehicles of his were slashed, all four on one and three on the other.

April L. Hawkins, 41, of 938 Paterson St., Apt. 2B, was arrested Tuesday at 7:58 a.m. for driving while ability impaired by combined drugs and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said. She is set to appear in city court on Nov. 13.

Anthony L. Parody, 20, of 701 State St., was arrested Tuesday at 1:48 a.m. for disorderly conduct. City police said he allegedly harassed a woman.

He is due in city court on Nov. 15.
