DWAI DRUGS - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Brian M. White, 32, of Hogansburg with driving while ability impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 56 in the town of Louisville. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION ALCOHOL - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Shane M. Church, 19, of Dickinson Center with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21 following an incident at 2:49 a.m. Thursday on state Route 420 in the town of Stockholm.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - State police in Massena and Malone investigated several property damage accidents Wednesday evening and early Thursday afternoon. They included:

■ Michael J. Febi, 21, of Moira at 3 a.m. Thursday on state Route 95 near County Route 32 in the town of Bombay.

■ Robert L. Wiley, 30, of Massena and William E. Shattuck, 66, of Brasher Falls in a two-vehicle collision at 6:06 p.m. Wednesday on the Trippany Road Extension at Trippany Road.

■ Philip N. Rogers, 21, of Moira and Adam James, 16, of Malone involved in a two-vehicle collision at 4:23 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 11 at Wheeler Road in the town of Malone.

■ Morgan M. Haggett, 29, of Borwood at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday on County Route 29, near County Route 24, in the town of Pierrepont.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police said they investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 4, near Scanlon Road, in the town of Bombay. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Morgan P. Pyke-Mitchell, 35, of Cornwall, Ont.
