CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION - CANTON - Keira C. Buddo-Larrier, 19, of 23 Ramoda Drive, St. Lawrence University, was charged Thursday by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies with criminal impersonation.

Deputies allegedly issued Buddo-Larrier two traffic tickets on Sept. 13. She allegedly gave police her sister’s identification at the time of the traffic stop.

The tickets, issued under the sister’s name, were never paid, and eventually a warrant was issued for the sister’s arrest, at which point deputies discovered the fraud.

Buddo-Larrier turned herself in.

She is scheduled to appear in Canton Court.
