DWAI DRUGS - MASSENA - Brian M. White, 32, of 183 Racquette Point Rd, Hogansburg, was charged by Massena-based state police at 2:08 p.m. Wednesday with driving while ability impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

The arrest occurred after Mr. White was found unconscious after crashing into the curb in front of Moto Sports World on state Route 56 in Massena.

White was uninjured. Troopers learned of an existing county warrant for his arrest, and he was sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
