DISORDERLY CONDUCT - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Wayne C. Martin, 39, of St. Regis Falls with disorderly conduct following an incident reported to troopers at 9:01 a.m. Thursday in the town of Waverly.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police investigated several property damage accidents in the region Thursday. Among those were:

■ Paul L. Oakes, 36, of Moira at 6:50 a.m. Thursday on state Route 37C at Rooseveltown Road in the town of Massena.

■ Pierre R. Charron, 52, of Dickinson Center at 6 p.m. Thursday on state Route 11 near High Street in the town of Moira.

■ Manuel R. Fernandez, 56, of Rensselaer Falls at 7:16 p.m. Thursday on County Route 14 near state Route 345 in the town of Madrid.
