CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MASSENA - Masena-based state police charged Patricia T. Rosenberg, 21, of 1156 Walton St., Cornwall, Ont., with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substanced and criminal possession of a controlled substance outside its original container following a secondary inspection at the U.S. port of entry in Rooseveltown. U.S. Customs and Bortder Protection agents reportedly found a pill that tested positive for MDMA or ecstacy and a second pill labeled Hydro Contin in her wallet inside her purse. She was arraigned by Massena Town Justice James M. Crandall and released after posting $500 bail.
