Giarratano, 18, of 94 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, with fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny, second-degree harassment and trespassing. He also was picked up on a warrant for a violation of probation. He reportedly bodychecked Riverdale Apartments manager Peter Devine during an incident at 8:44 p.m. Oct. 29 in apartment 41 at 90 East Orvis St. and then jumped out of a window, damaging the screen and blinds. Giarratabo was found hiding under a couch at 5:57 p.m. Thursday at 152 Water St.
