CRIMINAL TRESPASS - MASSENA - Village police charged Janelle E. Mossow, 25, of 110 Smith Road, Brasher Iron Works, with third-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest and fourth-degree criminal mischief early Friday morning. She was arraigned by Acting Massena Village Justice James M. Crandall and released after posting $1,000 bail. Mossow had reportedly been banned from Nadeaus earlier in the evening by a bar owner but returned to the bar at approximately 1:30 a.m. Friday. She reportedly rejected several requests by bar employees and later police to leave Nadeaus after she returned to the bar and attempted to initiate a fight with a female bartender. She then refused to place her hands in front of her to be handcuffed when she was being placed under arrest and started to pull away from the police officer. While handcuffed and chained to the booking bench, Mossow reportedly used the cuffs to scratch the letter J in the bench.
