DRIVER’S VIEW OBSTRUCTED - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Nicholas M. Colombo, 18, of Lincolndale for operating a vehicle with driver’s view obstructed following a traffic stop at 12:27 a.m. Thursday on Main Streeet. He was operating a motor vehicle with three passengers in the front seat, which was obstructing his view. The three passengers - Scott S. Barrows, 18, of Millbury, Mass.; C. J. Grzymala, 18, of LaFayette; and Mallory S. Fisher, 18, of Canton - were charged with being front seat passengers failing to wear seatbelts.

UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Preston T. Haggett, 26, of Potsdam with unnecessary noise - yelling after responding to a noise complaint at 4:01 a.m. Thursday on Market Street.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Behtash Tavakoli, 30 of Potsdam, for speed in zone (50/30) following a traffic stop at 5:20 p.m. Thursday.

CELL PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Casey L. Littlejohn, 23, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 5:27 p.m. Thursday on Elm Street.

FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Timothy S. Prichard, 22, of Brewerton for failing to yield right of way to a pedestrian in the crosswalk on Main Street following a traffic stop at 5:46 p.m. Thursday on Clarkson Avenue.
