FAMILY COURT ACT - MASSENA - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’ Department deputies picked up Wanda M. Green, 46, of 54 McCluskey Ave., Massena, on an arrest warrant Tuesday for an alleged violation of the Family Court Act stemming from a support proceeding. She was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released after posting $400 bail. She is scheduled to appear Wednesday in St. Lawrence County Family Court.
