Watson, 74, of 63 Parker Ave., Massena, with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for following too closely following a property damage accident at 7:01 p.m. Monday on Main Street. He rearended a vehicle being operated by Dana Paduano, 46, of Massena. Watson reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent.

RED LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Raven J. LeMay, 19, of Fort Covington for a red light violation on Main Street near Andrews Street at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jordan P. Munson, 20, of County Route 37, Massena, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 11:14 a.m. Tuesday on South Raquette Road.

CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Joseph G. Latimer, 27, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:26 a.m. Tuesday on Bayley Road at East Hatfield Street.
