DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Katie M. Mattison, 21, of 187 Center St., Massena, with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday after they responded to a domestic dispute call at 24 Maple St. Police said Mattison was arguing with her mother and refused requests to refrain from shouting obscenities. She also trued to pll away from officers when she was being charged with disorderly conduct.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Bibigul K. Nguyen, 32, of Massena with a stop sign violation at 5:52 p.m. Wednesday on Parker Avenue near Alvern Avenue.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nicholas J. Baxter, 25, of Lacomb Road, Massena, with a stop sign violation at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Parker Avenue near Alvern Avenue.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mason S. Bartlett, 23, of Pomfret, Md., for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 4:12 p.m. Wednesday on East Orvis Street.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Bridget M. Hurlbut, 34, of Dishaw Road, Chase Mills, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Samantha L. Herbick, 22, of Ogdensburg for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 3:23 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 37.



PASSED ON RIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ginger D. Akin, 31, of Potsdam for illegally passing on the right following a traffic stop at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 37 at Grove Street.
