Mattison, 21, of 187 Center St., Massena, with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday after they responded to a domestic dispute call at 24 Maple St. Police said Mattison was arguing with her mother and refused requests to refrain from shouting obscenities. She also trued to pll away from officers when she was being charged with disorderly conduct.

CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Bridget M. Hurlbut, 34, of Dishaw Road, Chase Mills, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street.

CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Samantha L. Herbick, 22, of Ogdensburg for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 3:23 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 37.

PASSED ON RIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ginger D. Akin, 31, of Potsdam for illegally passing on the right following a traffic stop at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 37 at Grove Street.
