Susan C. Tyo, 61, of 79 River Drive, Massena, was issued a summons Thursday at 11:57 a.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car collision on Lafayette Street, Ogdensburg police said. She was treated for a sore shoulder. The other motorist was identified as Kristen M. Arquitt, 20, of 23 Laboda Lane.

A Pine Street resident called Ogdensburg police Thursday at 10:50 a.m. to report that jewelry unidentified but valued at more than $200 was stolen from their home. Police are investigating.
