Tyo, 61, of 79 River Drive, Massena, was issued a summons Thursday at 11:57 a.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car collision on Lafayette Street, Ogdensburg police said. She was treated for a sore shoulder. The other motorist was identified as Kristen M. Arquitt, 20, of 23 Laboda Lane.

A Pine Street resident called Ogdensburg police Thursday at 10:50 a.m. to report that jewelry unidentified but valued at more than $200 was stolen from their home. Police are investigating.

Margaret M. Skelly, 23, of 719 New York Ave., was arrested Thursday at 4:01 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for probation violation, city police reported.

Ogdensburg police were notified Wednesday at 6:48 p.m. of a motorist who drove off without paying for gasoline at Stewart’s 703 Ford St.

Richard J. Guarino, 28, of 305 Clark St., was ticketed Wednesday at 5:39 p.m. on New York Avenue for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no or inadequate headlamps, city police said.
