GRAND LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Scott A. Davison, 27, of 147 East Orvis St., Massena, with one count of grand larceny and five counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument on Saturday. Davison reportedly cashed five checks for $1,460 that had been reported stolen from Dong Hoang. Davison was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. Police said their investigation is contuinuing, and more charges are pending.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Aaron J. Cummings, 19, of 483 Sand Road, Constable with petit larceny Saturday stemming from an investigation into an incident that took place Oct. 18 at Price Chopper. He reportedly left the store without paying for $100 worth of merchandise.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Barry K. Hill III. 22. of 66 Spruce St., and Christine A. Middlemiss, 32, of 98 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 9:35 p.m. Saturday on Sycamore Street. Police said Hill was involved in an altercation with another male in front of the porch at 58 Sycamore St. and Middlemiss was fighting with a female at that same location.



MAKING GRAFFITI - MASSENA - Village police charged twins Michael A. Ryan and Lucas S. Ryan,, both 16 of 9346 state Route 56, Norfolk, with making graffiti at 9:08 p.m. Friday on Parker Avenue. Police said the two teens were writing gang like slogans in red paint underneath the Parker Avenue bridge.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Francis T. Green, 35, of Hannawa Falls for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 8:18 p.m. Saturday.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Janet A. Bertrand, 74, of Massena for following too closely following an incident at 5:46 p.m. Saturday on South Main Street.



UNSAFE PASSING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Scott F. Stewart, 54, of County Route 49, Norwood, for unsafe passing following a traffic stop at 1:26 p.m. Saturday on North Main Street.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Dennis R. Mousaw, 61, of Sevierville, Tenn., for a stop sign violation at 10:20 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.



SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Jonpaul M. Premo, 26, of County Route 38, Norfolk, with operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and a suspended license and no splash guards following a traffic stop at 11:04 a.m. Friday on Andrews Street.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kyle A. Horton, 21, of state Route 310, Norfolk for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 10:41 a.m. Friday on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.
