INADEQUATE TAIL LAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Amanda L. Reyome, 18, of state Route 95, Bombay, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate tail lights following a traffic stop at 1:18 a.m. Tuesday on Ames Street at North Main Street.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Francis T. Green, 35, of Hannawa Falls for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10:05 p.m. Monday on East Hatfield Street.



UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Leo R. Debien, 58, of County Route 40, Massena, for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 9:45 a.m. Monday on Main Street.



UNAUTHORIZED USE - MASSENA - Village police charged a 13-year-old Massena male with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 12:20 a.m. Monday on Parker Avenue. Police turned the case over to the probation department to determine if the teenager will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Court.



MAKING GRAFFITI - MASSENA - Village police charged a 15-year-old male with making graffiti after he and two other teens were found painting gang like slogans underneath the Parker Avenue bridge. The teenager’s case was turned over to the probation departtment to determine if he would be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Brande L. Snyder, 35, of Massena for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 5:06 p.m. Sunday on Grove Street at Ridgewood Avenue.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Judith A. Tyler, 65, of Liverpool with speed in zone following a traffic stop at 1:55 p.m. Sunday on East Hatfield Street.
