BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Elizabeth Mousaw, 39, of 10 Dodge St., Massena, late Wednesday afternoon on a bench warrant issued by the city of Ogdensburg Drug Court. She reportedly failed to appear as directed after pleading guilty to an endangering the welfare of a child count. She was arraigned on the warrant, which had been signed on No. 8, by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and was released after posting $250 bail with orders to appear at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Ogdensburg City Court.
