Thomas D. Sawyer, 35, of 355 Belmont Courts, was arrested at his residence on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine at 10:36 p.m. Saturday, Ogdensburg police said. Mr. Sawyer posted $60 bail and was released on an appearance ticket.

Dillan J. Putney, 18, of 2339 County Route 28, Lisbon, was arrested at 3 a.m. Sunday for aggravated driving while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. City police have yet to release Mr. Putney’s blood alcohol content. He was also ticketed for squealing tires. All tickets are returnable to city court on Dec. 6, city police said.

Jordan R. Jackson, 20, of 6611 Route 68, reported a motor vehicle accident after his 2004 Ford pick up truck hit a parked 1995 Cadillac belonging to Amber D. Crowley, 28, of 6992 County Route 10, Lisbon, in the 300 block of Adams Avenue at 6:46 a.m. Monday. No tickets were issued. Ogdensburg Department of Public Works crews were called to pick up the debris, city police said.
