FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Guohui Song, 30, of Syracuse for following too closely at 6:26 p.m. Thursday following a property damage accident in the vicinity of Market and Sisson streets.

0030 Traffic stop on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.

0102 Traffic stop on Maple Street. Verbal warning issued.

0129 Traffic stop on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.

0137 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

0955 Report of a dog running at large vicinity of Leroy Street. Patrol located the dog which was turned over to its owner.

1001 Fingerprints completed for a town of Canton resident.

1239 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Main Street. A verbal warning was issued.

1716 Received report of aggravated harassment incident resulting in Canton-Potsdam Hospital telephone lines being blocked for about 40 minutes.

1728 Property damage accident on Maple at Clarkson Avenue.

1826 Property damage accident. Ticket issued.

1833 Patrol responded to the Lawrence Avenue Medical Complex after a report was received of persons operating motor vehicle(s) in the parking lot and on the lawn in an erratic manner.Subjects were gone upon arrival of patrol.

1901 Patrol noted a light on in what should have been a vacant property. Further investigation revealed an open door as well. Building secured.

2319 Potsdam Police received an anonymous report of underage drinking, investigation found the complaint to be unfounded.

2356 Potsdam Police took possession of a wallet found on Market Street.
