PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Jamie W. Pruner, 48, of 250 Main St., Apt. 6, Massena, with petit larceny at 2:20 a.m. Saturday after an investigation into allegations he allegedly attempted to shoplift a can of Hormiel Spam from the Sunoco station on Main at West Orvis. Pruner reportedly purchased a bag of beer shortly before 2 a.m. and the can of Spam fell out of his coat as he was leaving the store.

LEAVING THE SCENE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed J.A. Seavey-Barnes, 35, of Massena for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to yield the right of way when entering the roadway at 6 p.m. Friday following an investigation into an accident reported at 12:10 p.m. Thursday on Main Street.
