HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Michael Mitchell, 31, of 126 Liberty Ave.,Massena was charged at 8 a.m. Sunday with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child by village police.

He allegedly had a physical fight with his girlfriend at his home in front of their child.

He is scheduled to appear in Massena Village Court. His girlfriend was issued an order of protection against him.
