DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Matthew J. Merkle, 19, of Amherst and Jacob P. Mayberry, 23, of

Fort Drum with disorderly conduct at 1:01 a.m. Saturday after officers observed the two men engaged in a physical altercation downtown on Market Street. Patrol separated the men, and they were released on appearance ticket for Potsdam Village Court.

NO SEATBELT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Kate V. Clancy, 20, of Middletown for no seat belt - driver following a traffic stop at 9:38p.m. Saturday on Market Street.

WARRANTS - POTSDAM - The Potsdam Police Department has warrants for the following people:

■ Janice Sue O’Leary, 73, Louisiana.

■ John M. O’Neil, 48 of Olympia, Wash.
