POTSDAM A Mineola man was arrested Tuesday after selling cocaine to undercover officers, village police said.
Charles A. Attard, 18, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
The St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, including members of the Potsdam Police Department, conducted several undercover purchases from Mr. Attard and seized $1,600 in cash, police said.
Mr. Attard was arraigned Tuesday in Potsdam Village Court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
