Schwartfigure, 18, of 242 Center St., Massena, and David Lawrence, 23, of 13 Clark St., Massena, with petit larceny at 3 p.m. Monday following an alleged shoplifting incident at Walmart. Police said Lawrence was in possession of a $20 pair of sneakers and Schwartfigure had a pair of sneakers valued at $24.87.
NO HEADLIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Suzanne M. Underwood, 71, of South Grasse River Road, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate headlight following a traffic stop at 9:38 a.m. Monday on Grove Street.
IMPROPER SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Roger D. Smith Jr., 22, of Highland Road, Massena, for making an improper signal at 9:27 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on North Main Street.
FELONY DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Thomas R. Logan, 57, of Waddington with a felony count of driving while intoxicated and use of a vehicle without an interlock device and ticketed her for failure to keep right following an incident at 8:28 p.m. Saturday in the town of Potsdam. He was placed under arrest at 8:45 p.m. on the Buck Road in the town of Madrid. He reported had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent and a drinking and driving conviction within the last 10 years elevating the Saturday charge to a felony.
FAILURE TO SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Trista D. LaDue, 21, of Massena at 8:45 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maiden Lane at Cornell Avenue.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LAWRENCEVILE - Massena-based state police said Jodey K. Aiden, 39, of Brushton was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 5:58 p.m. Sunday on Peru Street, near Foster Road, in the town of Lawrence.
ONE INJURED - BANGOR - Malone-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 11 a.m. Saturday on Taylor Road, near state Route 11B, in the town of Bangor. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Alexis S. Chapman, 17, of Dickinson Center.
GRAND LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Michael J. Betters, 28, of Port Henry with fourth-degree grand larceny - credit card, fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery, second-degree criminal impersonation and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle early Friday afternoon stemming from a complaint reported to troopers at 12:08 p.m. April 4. Betters was picked up in the Plattsburgh area Friday and transported to Massena. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Amy L. Miller, 41, of Waddington with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:09 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on state Route 37 in the town of Waddington.
DWI - HOLMES HILL - Massena-based state police charged Terri L. Doxator, 51, of West Stockholm with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for moving from lane unsafely at 9:11 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on the Southville Road in the town of Stockholm.
ONE INJURED - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police reported one person was injured following a one-vehicle accident at 12:55 p.m. Friday on Foster Road, near Hutchins Road, in the town of Fort Covington. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Carleen M. Soucia, 17, of Fort Covington.
ASSAULT - BRUSHTON - Malone-based state police charged Steven D. Baker, 27, of Brushton with third-degree and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident reported at 9:56 p.m. Friday from the village of Brushton. He was arraigned in local court, and cash bail was set.
PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Nancy L. Norris, 44, of 947 state Route 420, Winthrop, with petit larceny at 2:28 p.m. Saturday following an alleged shoplifting incident at Walmart. She reportedly went past the last point of sale without paying for $240.10 worth of merchandise, including a phone, steak, shrimp, bacon, dog food and numerous other items.
MENACING - MASSENA - Village police charged a 14-year-old male juvenile with second-degree menacing stemming from a Nov. 29 incident on Spruce Street. That same teenager was charged with petit larceny Thursday stemming from an incident on Woodlawn Avenue. The teenager, whose name was not released because he is under 16 years of age, had his case turned over to the probation department to determined if he will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.
PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Rodney D. Wood, 18, of 388 Grantville Road, Norfolk, with petit larceny at 7:35 p.m. Saturday. She allegedly shoplifted $24.17 worth of merchandise from Walmart.
SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Leo L. Bristol, 50, of Lazy River Road, Hermon, with speed in zone at 10:14 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street.
UNINSPECTED VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Vickie L. Patten, 46, of North Lawrence with operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 9:47 a.m. Sunday following a stop in the Harte Haven parking lot.
INADEQUATE BRAKE LAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Hugh J. Point, 22, of Scanlon Road, Bombay, with operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lights following a traffic stop at 9:43 p.m. Saturday on West Hatfield Street at Main Street.

HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Cortland R. Martin, 22, of Fort Drum with second-degree harassment - physical contact at 2:24 a.m. Saturday in the Prosh parking lot after he pushed another person during an altercation.
SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Benjamin C. Kobrin, 19, of Williamstown, Mass., for speed in zone - 45 in a 30 at 11:52 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Elm Street.
FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Adriane B. Prindle, 28, of Potsdam for following too closely at 6:28 p.m. Saturday following a property damage accident on Market Street in front of Sunoco.
LITTERING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael M. Schepis II, 23, of Watertown with littering at 12:43 a.m. Friday on Main Street after a police officer observed him throwing a plastic cup on the ground.
DAMAGING TREES - POTSDAM - Village police charged John M. Kennedy, 18, of Clay with disorderly conduct and a local law violation of damaging trees at 11:36 p.m. Friday in the PROSH parking lot. Police said they observed Kennedy damage a village-owned tree in the lot.
RECKLESS DRIVING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Daniel M. Prew, 22, of Moriah with reckless driving and ticketed him for two counts of illegally passing a red light following a traffic stop at 2:54 a.m. Sunday on Lawrence Avenue. Police said the stop was made following a complaint of a vehicle driving recklessly.
FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Devin Patrick Crary, 17, of Potsdam,for failure to yield when entering roadway at 11:49 a.m. Sunday following a property damage accident on Lawrence Avenue.
