Walter F. White, 70 of St. Regis Road, Hogansburg, passed away on Dec. 13, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena. A complete obituary will be in Saturday’s paper.
