BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Aaron J. Taillon, 18, of 113 Fisher Road, Norfolk, on a bench warrant at 9 p.m. Monday. The warrant issued by Massena court alleged Taillon had violated the conditions of his probationary sentence by failing to report as directed to his probation officer. He was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released after posting $250 bail.

RED LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed David Stephen, 17, of Massena for illegally passing a red light and operation of his vehicle violating his restrictions at 10:28 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Vanessa L. Ferrance, 53, of Massena with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration, operation of a vehicle with no insurance and operation of an uninspected vehicle at 4:10 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Stephenville Road.

WINDOW TINT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Tylor M. Fuller, 27, of Potsdam for operation of a vehicle with illegal window tint at 3:47 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Dawn M. Despaw, 45, of Winthrop for a stop sign violation at 1:16 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Parker Avenue.
