HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Brian E. Stoddard, 21, of Bombay with second-degree harassment Monday morning following an investigation into an incident reported at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 9 from the town of Massena. Troopers said Monday’s arrest was made at 1684 state Route 95, Bombay.

RESISTING ARREST - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Michael B. Middlemiss, 23, of Norfolk with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana shortly after an incident reported at 3:35 p.m. Monday at 6 Crabb Street.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police reported Tuesday they had charged Tyler T. Wells, 17, of Norfolk with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:20 p.m. Dec. 9 on Morris Street at Sober Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated several property damage accidents on Monday. Among those were:

■ Kamby J. Freeman, 54, of Cabool, Mo., and Millie N. Schlach, 18, of Nicholville in a car-horse and buggy collision at 5:33 p.m. Monday on state Route 11B, near Fisk Road, in the town of Lawrence.

■ Roger H. Lamay, 67, of Brushton and Melissa N. Randall, 36, of North Bangor were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 7:15 a.m. Monday in the town of Malone.
