DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged John A. Warren, 30 of 351 East Orvis St., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 2:13 p.m. Sunday. Police said the charge was filed after they received reports Warren was screaming and pounding on doors in his apartment complex on East Orvis Street.
PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police made four arrests following investigations into three shoplifting incidents at Walmart on Saturday. They included:
■ William A. Beyers, 25, of 394 Hazen Road, North Lawrence, and Melissa B. Wheller, 26, of 500 County Route 8, Brushton, were charged with petit larceny and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child at 10 p.m. Saturday following a stop on Stephanville Road. The couple reportedly attempted to leave the store without paying for an X-Box and then fled in a vehicle. The couple were accompanied by two children, ages 6 and 4.
■ Ryan R. Avery, 33, of 455 County Route 32, Brushton, was charged with two counts of petit larceny at 8:27 p.m. Saturday. Police said Avery attempted to leave the store without paying for the television and X-Box he had in his cart. Police took Avery into custody after he fled into a wooded area.
■ Tonya L. Barksdale, 26, of 109 Main St., Massena, was charged with petit larceny at 4:02 p.m. Saturday. She reportedly paid for a toy truck but walked past the last point of sale without paying for $71.88 worth of merchandise, including barretts, childrens clothing, a pair of pajamas and a waterproof mattress protector.
The four people charged with petit larceny were released on appearance tickets for Massena Village Court.
UNLAWFUL CONSUMPTION - MASSENA - Village police charged Michael W. Wright, 41, of 9 Maynard St., Potsdam, and Kenny P. Wood, 33, of 6 Cold Springs Road, Lisbon, with unlawful consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 10:48 p.m. Saturday on Main Street.
AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Chris R. Lefrancois, 41, of 34 Douglas Road, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a stop at 2:19 p.m. Friday in the Walmart parking lot.
NO INSURANCE - MASSENA - Village police charged Amanda M. Hargrave, 30, of 129 County Route 43, Massena, with operation of a vehicle with no insurance and a suspended registration following a traffic stop at 10:08 a.m. Saturday on Main Street.
BURGLARY - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Courtney E. Lashomb, 22, of Massena with second-degree burglary and second-degree forgery stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 3 p.m. Sunday. She was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
PETIT LARCENY - BRASHER - Massena-based state police charged Raymond A. Strobeck, 18, of Port Jervis with petit larceny stemming from an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 2 from the town of Brasher.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Sunday. Among those were:
■ Kassandra L. Phelps, 19, of Constable at 10:26 p.m. Sunday on County Route 4, near McQueen Road, in the town of Westville.
■ Claire Madeline Alia, 22, of Colton at 1:07 p.m. Sunday on County Route 11, near Seavey Road, in the town of Gouverneur.
GRAND LARCENY - MADRID - Massena-based state police charged Megan S. Levac, 25, of Chase Mills with fourth-degree grand larceny following an incident reported to troopers at 10:57 p.m. Friday from the town of Madrid.
She allegedly stole $1,447.18 from a cash register at the Hometown Cafe, where she was employed.
She is scheduled to appear in Madrid Town Court.
TWO INJURED - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police said two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident at 8:15 p.m. Sunday on County Route 4 near the McQueen Road in the town of Westville. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Shawna A. Bero, 28, of Rooseveltown.
TWO INJURED - MASSENA - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at 8:20 p.m. Saturday on state Route 37 at state Route 56 in the town of Louisville, just outside the village of Massena. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Veronica L. Latray, 53, of Newtown Falls and David M. Kench, 58, of Ogdensburg.
PETIT LARCENY - BRASHER FALLS - Massena-based state police charged George H. Ladison. 39, of Madrid with petit larceny Saturday as part of an investigation into an incident reported Dec. 6 from the town of Brasher. Troopers had charged Zachariah L. Richards, 28, of Nicholville with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Friday as part of that same investigation. Troopers said Ladison was arrested at 3626 County Route 14.
Richards was accused of possessing a metal chimney pipe that had been stolen from a rental property, causing damage to the bricks surrounding the chimney and leaving trash on the property. He was intending to sell the chimney pipe, state police said.
DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Michael W. Wright, 41, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right following an incident at 10:48 p.m. Saturday on Main Street in the village of Massena. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state.
DWI - POTSDAM - Massena-based state police charged Matthew R. Scott, 22, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with no insurance and operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration following a traffic stop at 1:19 a.m. Saturday on Spring Street in the town of Potsdam. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Aquarra S. Weegar, 17, of Chase Mills with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 6:59 p.m. Saturday on state Route 37 in the town of Louisville.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police from around the region investigated several property damage accidents Saturday. Among those were:
■ Christina M. Cargingi, 66, of Parishville at 5:02 p.m. on County Route 47, near the McIntyre Road, in the town of Stockholm.
■ Allen L. Wagstaff, 62, of Winthrop at 5:25 p.m. on state Route 11 near state Route 11C in the town of Stockholm.
■ Michael S. Pinard, 56, of Brasher Falls at 5:45 p.m. on state Route 11 near state Route 11C in the town of Stockholm.
■ Michael P. Lavine, 57, of Lawrenceville at 8:39 p.m. on Route 11 near McEwen Road in the town of Lawrence.
FELONY DWI - CANTON - Canton-based state police reported Saturday that Brent G. Carbino, 32, of 166 Tucker Road, Colton, was charged with a felony count of aggravated driving while intoxicated following a property damage accident that occurred at approximately 9:30 P.M. Dec. 11. Carbino was also issued ticketed for speed not reasonable and prudent and leaving the scene of an accident. He had a reported blood alcohol content of 0.22 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent constitutes a DWI and the charge is elevated to aggravated DWI when the blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent of higher. Carbino was arraigned by Pierrepont Town Justice Robert Camp and released under the supervision of the probation department. He is scheduled to re-appear Wednesday in the town of Pierrepont Court.
HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Ronald E. Dishaw, 48, of Parishville and Jordan S. Dishaw, 17, of Parishville with second-degree harassment following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 6:37 p.m. Dec. 6 from the town of Parishville. Troopers said Saturday the elder Dishaw was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 11 at 3253 George St., Parishville, and the younger Dishaw was arrested approximately an hour later that same day at the University Plaza in Canton.
STOLEN PROPERTY - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Zachariah Richards, 28, of Nicholville with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Friday evening following an investigation into an incident reported at 5:01 p.m. Dec. 6 from the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the arrest was made at 708 state Route 11C in Winthrop.
PROHIBITED SALE - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Jill J. Barse, 42, of Moira with prohibited sale of alcohol following an incident at 3:09 p.m. Friday in the town of Fort Covington. Barse was arrested at Twin Leaf Express, 2369 Chateaugay St., Fort Covington.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - OGDENSBURG - Ogdensburg-based state police said David Joseph Ashley, 28, of Massena was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 2:28 p.m. Friday in the Seaway Shopping Center parking lot in the town of Oswegatchie.
STALKING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ronald E. Dishaw, Jr., 48, of Parishville with fourth-degree stalking at 8:30 p.m. Saturday following an investigation into a complaint that he had been following a woman around the village. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear Jan. 9 in Potsdam Village Court.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jasmine L. Frasher, 21, of Potsdam for operation of a vehicle with inadequate lights at 1:30 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue.
SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Ryan J. Newman, 18, of Centereach for speed in zone (49/30) at 2:16 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Sandstone Drive.
INADEQUATE LIGHTS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed David R. Riley, 21, of Canajoharie for operation of a vehicle with insufficient tail lamps at 2:50 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Market Street.
AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jeffery A. Dihrberg, 21, of Canton with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for speed in zone (42/30) at 3:26 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop Market Street.
PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Francis T. Green, 35, of Hannawa Falls with petit larceny at 7:24 a.m. Friday on Pierrepont Avenue. Police said they responded to a caller reporting her cell phone was missing or stolen and interviewed Green, noting he had been observed in the area where the phone was reportedly stolen. They said Green was in possession of the stolen cell phone. He was arraigned by Stockholm Town Justice Wayne Williams and released after posting $500 bail.
PRISON CONTRABAND - CANTON A St. Lawrence County jail inmate faces contraband charges after corrections officers found a marijuana cigarette in his possession on Thursday, the county Sheriffs Office said.
Joshua R. Hughes, 19, faces a second-degree charge of promoting prison contraband, a Class A misdemeanor. Deputies said corrections officers found the marijuana in Mr. Hughes clothing during a search.
Hughes is to answer the charges in Canton Town Court.
