Lynda L. Hooper, 65, of 809 Morris St., reported to Ogdensburg police damage to her vehicle at 8:12 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle was parked outside St. Marguerite D’Youville Academy, 315 Gates St. The investigation is still ongoing, city police said.
