MASSENA - Sheldon O. Cole, 37, of, 44 Indian Village Road, Hogansburg, was charged with assault by Massena Village Police at 1:54 a.m. Saturday.

Mr. Cole allegedly hit an unidentified victim in the face while at a bar on Andrews Street.

He was taken to taken to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $2,500 cash bail.
