Ogdensburg police charged Wendi L. Clouthier, 37, of 25 Pine St., Friday at 6:30 p.m. for petit larceny in connection with an alleged shoplifting incident Dec. 24 at Label Shopper, 701 Canton St. She was released on an appearance ticket.

City police arrested Tabatha L. Shenk, 33, and Kevin M. McCarthy Jr., 28, both of 414 Belmont Courts, Friday at 2:48 p.m. at their home for second-degree criminal contempt following reports of a violation of a family court order. Both were released on their own recognizance after arraignment in city court.

City police arrested Christopher J. Woods, 41, of 508 Paterson St., Friday at 10:55 p.m. on the 1200 block of Knox Street for aggravated driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and having a drivers side headlight out. He was released on an appearance ticket.

City police ticketed Felicia A.L. Smithers, 19, of 14 Mill St., Saturday at 11:19 a.m. for driving without a license following a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Greene and Deviller streets. Donna L. Garvey, 61, of 1127 State St., was driving the other vehicle. No injuries were reported.

City police arrested Wayne W. Fullterton Jr., 39, of Pulaski, Saturday at 12:02 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear and pay a fine. He posted $100 bail. Mr. Fullerton was originally charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.

Jesse G. Austin, 33, of 212 Montgomery St., Saturday at 3:27 p.m. at his house on a city court bench warrant, city police said. He was released on an appearance ticket. No further details were available.

Ogdensburg police arrested Richard A. St. Germain, 40, of DeKalb Junction, on Saturday at 4 p.m. on Hanes Drive for driving with a suspended license following a motor vehicle accident. Kyle R. Cushman, 28, of 616 Greene St., Ogdensburg, was driving the other vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Jameson, 18, of 721 New York Ave., Monday at 12:36 a.m. on the 800 block of Mechanic Street for driving at an unreasonable speed and operating a vehicle without a license. He was also arrested on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He posted $75 bail and was released on an appearance ticket.
