The following are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Eric M. Farr, 28, of 7574 Lyonsdale Road, Lyons Falls, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI, parking on the roadway and consuming an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle at 9:40 p.m. Saturday on Keplytown Road in the town of Leyden. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.23 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes intoxication, and 0.18 percent is the threshold for aggravated DWI.

n Robert A. Kiser, 48, Route 3, Herrings, was arrested by state police at 11:55 p.m. Saturday on Route 26 in the town of LeRay. His breath test reading was not available.

n Brandie M. Long, 34, of 37373 Greenizen Road, Clayton, was arrested by Watertown police at 1:35 a.m. Monday on Public Square, where she also was cited with failure to stop at a flashing red traffic light. Her BAC was 0.12 percent, police said.

n Barry L. Gilbert, 58, of 163 Spring Brook Road, Pulaski, also is charged with operating an uninspected vehicle in connection with his arrest at 1:05 p.m. Saturday on Canning Factory Road in the town of Richland. He tested at 0.14 percent BAC, police said.

n Kyle R.N. Shaw, 23, of 42611 Seaway Ave, Apt. 4, Orleans, was charged at 3:45 a.m. Sunday by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies after he initially was stopped for allegedly driving at 101 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 11 in the town of Philadelphia.

He also was cited with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after it was discovered he was driving with a suspended license, deputies said. His BAC was 0.13 percent, they said.
