BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Robert T. Knepp III, 22, of 259 Center St., Massena, was picked up on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court as directed at 4:06 p.m. Monday. He was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustsafson and released on his own recognizance.
