STOLEN PROPERTY - NORFOLK - Norfolk Town Police charged Jessica Bullock, 28, of 8785 state Route 56, Norfolk,with criminal possession of stolen property and filing a false statement on Tuesday.

Bullock is accused of being in possession of a laptop that was stolen from the vehicle of a Norfolk resident.

She was arraigned in Norfolk Town Court before Town Justice George Grubee and released.
