Taylor L. Lalonde, 18, of 811 Lake St., was charged Monday at 7:37 a.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following a collision with another vehicle at Ogdensburg Free Academy, 1100 State St. Ogdensburg police identified the other driver as Kenneth L. Ferguson, 76, of 412 Jersey Ave.

City police were called Monday at 12:47 a.m. to the Children and Youth Services building at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center where a door was kicked in and glass broken.

Kenneth R. Goolden, 49, of 11 Grove St., was arrested Sunday at 1:40 p.m. 9:21 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear and pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said.

Donald W. Edwards, 26, of 329 Franklin St., was issued a summons Sunday at 2:31 a.m. at Howie’s Tavern, 809 New York Ave., for open container, city police reported.

Alexandra R. Talley, 19, of 125 Cemetery Road, was arrested Sunday at 1:47 a.m. for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at Kozy’s Tavern, Ogdensburg police said.

Brian M. McDonald, 22, of 17 McDonald Road, was ticketed Sunday at 12:32 a.m. on New York Avenue for inadequate/modified exhaust, city police reported.

Destine L. Deloney, 20, of 11 Grove St., was arrested Saturday at 6:26 p.m. on a warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment, Ogdensburg police said.

Susan M. Gemmill, 54, of 510 E. South St., was arrested Saturday at 4:33 p.m. for second-degree harassment, city police reported.

Ibrahim M. Abdulghani, 40, of 315 Belmont Courts, was arrested Friday at 11:12 p.m. on a warrant for second-degree harassment, Ogdensburg police said.
