PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Trisha N. Harner, 31, of 2 River St., Massena, for petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at Rite Aid. She allegedly placed a cell phone, valued at $79.99, inside her coat pocket and walked past the stores last point of sale without paying for the phone.
AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Ronald W. Dillon, 34, of 64 Douglas Road, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 12:53 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on North Main Street.
FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ronald A. Reome, 43, of Massena for following too closely and driving with an obstructed view at 3:46 p.m. Thursday following a property damage accident on Main at Maple streets.
