AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Ronald W. Dillon, 34, of 64 Douglas Road, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 12:53 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on North Main Street.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ronald A. Reome, 43, of Massena for following too closely and driving with an obstructed view at 3:46 p.m. Thursday following a property damage accident on Main at Maple streets.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jason E. Hamilton, 41, of Massena for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 4:37 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Parker Avenue.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Bernard Michaud, 87, of state Route 420, Norfolk, with operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 11:22 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on South Main Street.
