Alysha L. Brothers, 19, of 524 Covington St., was ticketed Wednesday at 3:51 p.m. on Commerce Street for unregistered motor vehicle, city police reported.

Ogdensburg police arrested Gloria M. Trombley, 23, of 416 Canton St., on Thursday at 11:45 a.m. at 825 New York Ave. on a city court arrest warrant for two counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. Police said she was accused of providing alcohol to a teenager. She was arraigned in city court released on her own recognizance. Also charged with two counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child from the same incident was Jennifer L. Barkley, 19, of 434 Belmont Courts. She was also arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

Police arrested Richard T. Stevenson III, 27, of 800 Linden St., on Thursday at 12:40 p.m. at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment. He was released to probation supervision.

Police ticketed Michael J. Hebert, 21, of 847 County Route 28, on Thursday at 1:08 p.m. on the 100 block of Park Street for driving with an uninspected motor vehicle.

Police arrested Michael L. Harvey, 42, of 736 State St., on Thursday at 1:35 p.m. at the police station on a city court bench warrant. He was released after posting $50 bail.

Police arrested a 15-year-old female at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the police station for a felony charge of criminal mischief. Detective Shawn R. Shaver said the girl was arrested for damaging property at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center on Jan. 9.
