BURGLARY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Lashawn J. Whitfield. 40, of Ogdensburg and Ashley E. Pike, 27, of Ogdensburg with burglary on Friday stemming from a complaint made to troopers at 6:05 p.m. Jan. 12 from the town of Massena. Pike was taken into custody at 12:30 p.m. on Hasbrouck Street, Ogdensburg, and Whitfield was arrested at 12:45 p.m. at 431 Belmont Courts, Ogdensburg. Pike and Whitfield were arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Stephen J. Reidell, 36, and Kylie R. Nyland, 29, both of Watertown, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident at 9:15 p.m. Friday on Highland Avenue in the village of Massena.
PETIT LARCENY - HERMON - Gouverneur-based state police charged Edward J. Seror, 49, of Colton with petit larceny Friday following an investigation into a larceny complaint reported at 2:28 p.m. Dec. 7 from the village of Hermon.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MALONE - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 5:35 p.m. Friday on Route 11, near the Meehan Road, in the town of Malone. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Joseph O. Ireland, 20, and Jake William Carter, 18, both of Potsdam.
