STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Alan R. Lucia, 60, of Massena for a stop sign violation following a property damage accident at 12:42 p.m. Wednesday on Parker Avenue at state Route 37. Police said Lucia pulled off Parker Avenue into the path of a vehicle westbound on Route 37 being operated by Gerald R. Hebert, 75, of Cornwall, Ont.

UNINSPECTED VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed James F. Perras, 55, of Massena for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Robert J. Moore, 27, of 3171 Durham Road, Hamburg, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Andrews Street.
