SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jue Wang, 22, of Potsdam for speed not reasonable and prudent at 9:25a.m. Monday following an investigation into a property damage accident on the Clarkson University campus. Police said Wang lost control of his vehicle going around a corner and sideswiped another vehicle.
