Ogdensburg Police arrested Curtis L. Lottie, 24, of 104 Gates St., Apt. A, at 4:14 p.m. on Wednesday on the 400 block of New York Avenue on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine on a charge was petit larceny. He was also arrested on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree burglary for a Jan. 15 complaint after he broke into a house at 100 Spring St. and stole $.75 worth of cans. Mr. Lottie was released under supervision.

Police ticketed George B. Lipinsky, 69, of 1302 Ford St., at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Ford and Champlain streets for unlicensed operation.

Police arrested Kevin K. Lashomb, 47, of 101 Andrews St., Massena, at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday on Route 37, Waddington, on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his sentencing for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

Police arrested Jason R. Menard, 34, at 11:44 p.m. on Wednesday at 1012 New York Ave. for second-degree criminal trespass and second degree harassment. He was sent to county jail. No further details were available.

Police arrested Jeremy J. Barkley, 27, of 1126 Ford St., at 9:04 a.m. Thursday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
