DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Chad W. Amo, 33, of 52 Grove St., Massena, with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right at 2:23 a.m. Saturday on Main Street. Police said a blood alcohol content was not available.

LEAVING THE SCENE - MASSENA - Village police said Jennifer Bressard, 33, of County Route 42, Massena, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident at 12:19 a.m. Saturday on Park Avenue. Police said Bressard rounded a corner, struck a village snowplow on Woodlawn Avenue and failed to stop after the minor property damage accident. Police said damage was minor. Bressard also contacted police and said her vehicle had been struck by the plow.

INADEQUATE BRAKELIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Cynthia J. Provow, 53, of Massena for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps at 9:55 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on North Main Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Jeoffrey J. Harrington, 28, of Massena with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for a stop sign violation at 8:55 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Romeo Avenue.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Tyler M. Bradford, 17, of Massena for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 9:30 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Beach Street at Ames Street.
