David M. Blevins, 50, of 630 Linden St., reported his 2012 Dodge Pick-up hit a 1995 Chevy Suburban driven by Anthony K. Harper, 48, of 414 Canton St., at 12:10 p.m. Thursday outside of Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, 214 King St. No tickets were issued, Ogdensburg Police said Friday.
