MASSENA – The Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce and the Massena Winter Carnival Committee are pleased to announce the winners for the parade, 5k Walk/Run and 50-50 raffle.

■ Winter Carnival Parades: 1st Place – Massena High School Music and Drama; 2nd Place – Jefferson Elementary School; 3rd Place – Massena Nursery School.

■ The Winter Carnival 5K Walk/Run: 1st Place: Jim Allott – (20:38); 2nd Place: James Francia (21:26) and 3rd Place: Wayne Latham (23:23).

■ 50-50 winner: Debbie Long, $450.
