PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Jessica S. Perkins, 30, of 102 North Woods Road, Brushton, with petit larceny at 2:31 p.m. Saturday at the Massena Wal-Mart. She reportdly walked past the last point of same at the store without paying for $148.91 worth of merchandise, inclouding a purse, cosmetics and a Mountain Dew. She was released on an appearance ticket.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Meagan M. Williams, 22, of 45 Howard Ave., Malone, with petit larceny and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle at 7:09 p.m. Saturday following an alleged shoplifting incident at the Massena Wal-Mart. She reportedly placed seven steaks, with a combined value of $114.78, into her purse and then walked past the last point of sale without paying for the meat. While she was being processed on the petit larceny count, police also discovered she had two hypodermic needles in her purse.



UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Deneene C. Rodriguez, 43, of Massena for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 5:55 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Main Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jonathan R. Bishop, 28, of County Route 38, Norfolk, for speed in zone at 8:55 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Andrews Street.



UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jeffrey L. Love, 28, of Massena for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 3:35 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on state Route 37.



OPEN CONTAINER - MASENA - Village police charged Sharonlyn Lavalley, 45, of Massena with having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public highway at 9:40 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on the Grove Street Extension.



INADEQUATE TAIL LAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jennifer R. Barse, 30, of Morristown for operation of a vehicle with inadequate tail lamps at 8:55 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Main Street.



UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Marilyn K. Denny, 51, of Massena for unsafe backing at 3:45 p.m. Saturday folowing an investigation into a property damage accident on South Main Street. She backe dinto a vehicle being operated by Peter Shantie.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village olice ticketed Rosemary A. Pacific, 46, of Potsdam for speed in zone at 2:12 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Andrews Street.











SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Anne E. Feisinger, 51, of Boston for speed in zone (50/30) at 4:30 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street.
