City police ticketed Douglas C. McKnight 48, of 141 McKnight Road, Chase Mills, at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Jay and Morris streets for failing to stop at a stop sign.

Andrew R. Amo, 29, of 613 Jay St., was ticketed by city police at 3:36 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Jay and Morris streets for failing to keep right, driving at an unreasonable speed and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident that damaged property after he crashed into a telephone pole.

Police arrested Shelby L. Barr, 21, of 114 Lisbon St., Heuvelton, at 2:29 a.m. Monday at Price Chopper, 2981 Ford St. Extension for petit larceny. She was released with an appearance ticket.

Police ticketed William J. Woods, 65, Ogdensburg, at 11:45 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Mansion Avenue for parking in a no parking zone.
